What are those little lizards? Are they very common, like all over the place?

The lizards are all over Florida. The first time that I see one was actually in my auntie's yard in Interprise Alabama, I was living in Brazil at that time and in Brazil we have lizards called LAGARTIXAS and they are ugly because you can see trough their skin.
I love they because they eat bugs.
